Understanding our health our way

The four regions of Inuit Nunangat have come together to design a national survey so we can make better decisions about our health and our future. It’s happening!

The Qanuippitaa? National Inuit Health Survey launched 4 years ago today and, despite Covid-19 delays, data collection is well underway. Have you participated already? Thank you! Have you been trained as a fieldworker? Congratulations and good luck! Are you waiting for fieldworkers to visit your community? They will be there soon!

We are doing research differently.

The results of the Qanuippitaa? survey will be owned by Inuit, controlled by Inuit and shared with Inuit. If you want to get involved, click on the Regions page and find contact information for the region where you live.
